Coyote attacks reported in Montgomery County

Two women reported being attacked by a coyote Thursday during separate incidents in Montgomery County, officials said. The first attack happened near Watershed Park in the 1400 block of Patuxent Drive about 9:45 a.m., when a coyote attacked a woman as she walked her dog, officials said in a statement. The victim was taken to a hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
