A 17-year-old has been charged in the death of Daniel L. Nunn-Watson, who was found shot to death March 16 in Cahokia Heights, according to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office Jahrie Samudio of Converse Avenue, East St. Louis, is charged with first-degree murder, charging documents state.
