Brighton man who confronted snowboarder with rifle charged with assault

The Brighton man who held a rifle while confronting a snowboarder and a skier about trespassing on his property has been charged with third-degree assault and threat of violence. The Salt Lake District Attorney’s Office issued the charges against Keith Robert Stebbings on Thursday afternoon.
