District 31 development to begin construction in Alabaster

ALABASTER, Ala. (WBRC) - The city of Alabaster has announced a long term construction project that will add an entire new district to the city. Alumni Properties & Parkes Development Group will soon begin construction of the District 31 project at the northwest quadrant of U.S. 31 and Interstate 65. The project is expected to bring around 600,000 square feet of new retail, restaurant, and hotel space to Alabaster.
