3 Charged In Separate Reading Drunk-Driving Incidents

Police responded to a two-car crash on Washington Street at 5:49 p.m. The two cars, a gray Honda and a white Jeep, were damaged in the accident. The Honda's driver, John Darcangelo, 33, of Reading, was arrested at the scene of the accident. Police said an initial investigation found that Darcangelo rear-ended the Jeep twice.
