Portland police make arrest in Steel Bridge stabbing

Portland police have arrested a 31-year-old man in connection with the fatal stabbing Friday along the popular waterfront path near the Steel Bridge. Noor Baheej was booked at the Multnomah County Detention Center at 11:49 a.m. Saturday on suspicion of second-degree manslaughter, unlawful use of a weapon and disorderly conduct.
