Survivors in stable condition after Rumford crash that killed 8-year-old

Three survivors of a fatal crash in Rumford on Saturday are in stable condition. An 8-year-old boy died shortly after a crash near 1125 on U.S. Route 2. The boy’s father, Matthew Kellogg, 42, and 5-year-old brother were transported from the crash scene to a local hospital with serious injuries. F.
