9-year-old arrested, allegedly shot and killed family member

TOOELE, Utah (ABC4) — A 9-year-old is in the custody of the Tooele City Police Department after they allegedly shot and killed a family member on Friday, Feb. 16. Tooele City PD Cpl. Colbey Bentley said the incident happened just before 7:30 p.m. near 400 West Millcreek Way. Bentley said the 911 call reported a 32-year-old man appeared to be unconscious and bleeding from the head.
