SAN DIEGO, CA — A wind advisory remains in effect for parts of San Diego County as gusty Santa Ana winds continue to blow across the region. The wind advisory is in effect through 2 p.m. Tuesday for the San Diego County mountains and valleys, including the cities and communities of El Cajon, Escondido, Julian, La Mesa, Pine Valley, Poway, San Marcos and Santee.
