Excessive Heat Warning Issued By Bucks County; Cooling Shelters Open

With temperatures forecast to climb into the 90s and heat indexes expected to exceed 100 degrees, cooling centers in Upper, Central, and Lower Bucks will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday to seniors and people experiencing homelessness and seeking refuge from the heat. The following locations will operate from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. as cooling centers for seniors and people experiencing homelessness: Senior centers throughout Bucks County will also be open and available daily to residents 55 and over.
