Ohio amendment ensuring access to abortion certified for November ballot

A proposed amendment to the Ohio Constitution that would ensure access to abortion will come before voters on Nov. 7 after Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose on Tuesday certified the petitioners met the requirements to have the citizen-led initiative placed on the ballot.
