Sierra Leonean President Julius Maada Bio won his reelection with 56% of votes. Bio’s nearest rival, Samura Kamara, got 41% of ballots cast at the June 24 polls, Mohamed Konneh, the head of the Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone, said in a speech Tuesday.
