29 Cats With Respiratory Illness Saved From Coventry Home, Up For Adoption
COVENTRY, RI — Coventry police and animal control officers rescued 29 cats last month after executing a search warrant at a local home.
Around 1:05 p.m. May 22, authorities searched the Coventry home and said they found 29 cats, all suffering from upper respiratory infections.
Police said the cats were seen by a veterinarian and are now in the care of Coventry Animal Control. All the cats have been vaccinated, fixed and are ready for adoption.
