DETROIT — A Detroit mother is suing after she said her children were injured on their rocky slide down the historic Giant Slide at Belle Isle last summer. Francetta Watson claims her two boys, ages 10 and 8, suffered concussions and chronic headaches after then went "airborne" and hit their heads as they went down the slide on Aug. 19, 2022, according to the lawsuit.
