Second missing 13-year-old twin in Galveston recovered

Rescue efforts ceased Thursday morning on March 9 when the second twin brother's body was recovered near the seawall on Galveston Island. The search began on Sunday when 13-year-old Jefferson and Josue Perez went missing.
