MANCHESTER, NH — Sen. Bernie Sanders has narrowly edged out Pete Buttigieg in a nail-biting New Hampshire primary — winning in a razor-thin victory in the Granite State after the chaotic Iowa caucuses, according to ABC, NBC and CBS network projections.
