American Conservative Union (ACU) chairman Matt Schlapp, the head of the organization that hosts the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), lambasted Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)79% on Breitbart News Daily on Wednesday for refusing to attend CPAC this year.
