Utah anti-discrimination law goes into effect

On Tuesday Utah will begin a new chapter in the balance between anti-discrimination and religious liberty. A bill goes into effect protecting rights for people who both oppose and support homosexuality.
Utah is about to show the nation it's new law uniting anti-discrimination and religious freedom. Back in March the bill passed with cheers and applause.
