Early morning storms result in record rainfall

The early morning storms on Sunday have also resulted in a weather record being broken. At KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot, the official reporting station for the National Weather Service in Mountain Home, 2.52 inches of rain were recorded before 7 Sunday morning. The previous record for May 26 was 2.4 inches in 1939.
