McConnell AFB relocating aircraft ahead of severe weather

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - For the fourth time in the past six weeks, McConnell Air Force Base is relocating aircraft due to severe weather. McConnell’s KC-135R Stratotanker and KC-46A Pegasus aircraft will be relocating to other military bases Saturday because of the severe weather that is forecasted for the Wichita area later in the day and into Sunday morning.
