Health officials to distribute free potassium iodide tablets for those living near Limerick nuclear plant
LIMERICK TWP., Pa. - If you live or work near the nuclear power plant in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, you can pick up free potassium iodide tablets next week. The Montgomery County Health Department will hand out the tablets on Thursday, May 30, at the Bethel Community Church of Pottstown from 4 to 6 p.m. Anyone who lives, works, or goes to school within a 10-mile radius of the plant is eligible.
