Overturning a district court’s ruling, the Nevada Supreme Court sided with the plaintiff, Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom (NRF), to move forward with a ballot initiative, the Reproductive Freedom Amendment, that would enshrine “reproductive freedom” into the Nevada constitution.
