Caltrain hits occupied car near San Martin station

SAN MARTIN – A Caltrain hit an occupied car Monday night in San Martin, the commuter rail line said. Around 6:30 p.m., southbound train no. 410 hit a car on the tracks near the San Martin station, Caltrain spokesperson Randol White said. The car was occupied by one person. White said the person was “taken to get medical care.” An update on the person’s condition was not immediately available.
