3 N.J. counties under a coastal flood warning Friday

On Thursday at 5 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a coastal flood warning valid for Friday between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. for Gloucester, Camden and Burlington counties. The weather service adds, "One to two feet of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways."
