Montgomery County under a flood warning until Wednesday midday

A flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 7:32 a.m. in effect until 11:30 a.m. for Montgomery County. The weather service says, "Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected." "Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring," explains the weather service. "Don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
