Builders Breakfast raises $28K for Habitat for Humanity

Advocates for affordable housing gathered at Hillcrest Country Club March 20 and raised $28,732 at the annual Community Builders Breakfast for Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln, which is dedicated to building and repairing homes for families in need of safe, affordable housing. The event celebrated the achievements of Habitat’s partners and included welcoming remarks from city councilperson Tom Beckius and a keynote presentation from Carly Grutel, who grew up in a Habitat home.
