Charger’s window damaged in Tarzana car-to-car shooting

A vehicle was damaged in a reported car-to-car shooting in Tarzana Thursday night. A gray Dodge Charger was near Ventura and Reseda boulevards when the driver, a man, said he was shot at by someone in a black Range Rover, according to stringer service Key News.
