KU campus to host 4 food trucks each Wednesday throughout April

Food trucks will become a weekly staple on the University of Kansas’ Lawrence campus in April. As part of a workplace satisfaction initiative, KU will host four food trucks on campus from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Wednesday throughout the month of April.
