Janice L. “Jenny” Webber, 88 of Normal, Illinois, passed away on Friday, March 1, 2024, at Arc at Normal. She was born on December 26, 1935, in Dubois, Indiana, the daughter of Odes and Alifair (Thompson) Anderson. She married Thomas Webber on February 1, 1958, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and he preceded her in death on December 30, 2013.
