BLOOMINGTON – The fire-alarm delay that caused the evacuation of Simon Simon Assembly Hall on Tuesday during Indiana’s Big Ten men’s basketball game against Wisconsin was due to an alarm pulled in the balcony of the arena, according to an official statement from Indiana.
