N.J. woman arrested in Florida for voting in two states

A Sussex County woman is facing criminal charges after voting in both New Jersey and Florida in the 2020 primary and general elections, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced today.

Donna Prentes Brady allegedly voted in person in Ocala, Florida, and by mail in Sussex Borough, where she registered to vote in 1993.

Brady was arrested on Monday, the latest target of Gov. Ron DeSantis’ crackdown on voter fraud through a vote crime unit he established last year.
