Gov. Justice signs West Virginia tax reform bill, returning $750M to taxpayers

CHARLESTON – Being called the largest tax cut in 37 years, Gov. Jim Justice on Tursday signed a bill putting in place tax cuts and rebates for West Virginia citizens, veterans and small businesses.
