IDs Of 2 Victims In Fatal Waterford Crash Released: Police

WATERFORD, CT — Police have identified two victims killed in a crash early Saturday morning. Dylan Richey, 24, of Monument, Colorado, and Bramm Miller, 23, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, died in the accident. Waterford police said officers responded to a single-car crash near Cross and Foster roads shortly before 5:30 a.m. A preliminary investigation found a 2005 Subaru Legacy was traveling north on Cross Road when the driver lost control.
