Portland Black Lives Matter protesters sue Trump administration over use of force on demonstrators

Members of two organizations that led protests in Portland, Oregon, filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration for using force to disperse demonstrators over the past few weeks.
Black Lives Matter and Wall of Moms protesters filed the lawsuit on Monday against the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Federal Protective Service for using tear gas, rubber bullets, and other uses of force to clear protesters from the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse.
