Christie, Bush take aim at Obama's plan to use executive powers to tighten gun control laws

Two Republican presidential candidates on Sunday attacked President Obama’s plan to use his Oval Office powers to tighten gun-control laws, arguing that he has again overstepped his authority and bypassed Congress.
