Update: Damaging winds expected with thunderstorms to hit Bucks County Thursday

An updated severe thunderstorm warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 6:11 a.m. in effect until 6:45 a.m. for Bucks County. Residents should prepare for wind gusts of up to 60 mph. "At 6:11 a.m., a severe thunderstorm was located over Andalusia, or 8 miles northeast of Philadelphia, moving east at 25 mph," states the weather service. "Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible."
