Flood watch issued for Dallas-Fort Worth through Sunday night as rain continues to pour

Parts of North Texas were expected to have between 1 and 3 inches of rain poured on them throughout Sunday with some isolated areas receiving up to 4 inches. The National Weather Service in Fort Worth issued a flood watch for most of North and Central Texas through 7 p.m. Sunday as strong to severe storms moved through the state.
