Election worker charged with equipment tampering has case tossed by Court of Appeals

KENT COUNTY, MI - The Kent County election worker accused of tampering with equipment saw the case dismissed Thursday by the Court of Appeals.
Holkeboer, a 68-year-old Gaines Township resident, was charged with falsifying records/returns under election law and using a computer to commit a crime. The charges stem from alleged tampering of a voting machine in the August 2022 primary election.
