JACKSON COUNTY, MI – Michael Griffin treated everyone the same. It didn’t matter if you were a janitor or the governor. Griffin, a former Democratic State Representative from Jackson, gave everyone respect, listened with open ears, loved his family and cared deeply about his community until his death Sunday, March 17, at age 90, his son John Griffin said. “He treated everybody with dignity and respect,” he said.
