President Joe Biden took the lead from former President Donald Trump for the first time in a month in a key 2024 presidential race poll.

Polls had recently shown Trump with very slim leads over Biden, but surveys conducted after his guilty verdict last month in the New York City hush money case involving adult film actor Stormy Daniels, suggest that some of his support could be dissipating. The 2020 rematch continues to remain close.
