Fierce storm with up to 4 inches of rain could cause flooding, power outages

Two storms will combine to make for a very wet start to the weekend in New Jersey with as much as 4 inches of rain along with gusty winds that could lead to power outages and flooding from late Friday night through Saturday evening.
