Nebraska’s secretary of state reminds voters of new voter ID law ahead of primary LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska’s Secretary of State is sending out letters to voters who need to get a new, state-issued ID before the upcoming primary election. Secretary of State Bob Evnen said about 35,000 Nebraskans will receive the letter. He said that’s about 3% of all registered voters in the state.
