Wintry mix, freezing rain expected Monday, Tuesday; Winter Weather Advisory issued

CHICAGO — Preparations are underway for a second round of winter weather to hit the Chicago area. Icy conditions loom with freezing rain and/or a wintry mix on the way Monday night and early Tuesday morning. But warmer temperatures are on the horizon. Temperatures are to reach freezing for the first time in nearly nine and a half days around midday Monday.
