4Warn Weather – A messy morning commute with heavy wet snow changing to rain for Tuesday. A Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 4am-11am for all of Southeast Lower Michigan. Overnight a wet heavy snow develops with a low around 34 degrees. Morning commute will be slushy with wet snow changing over to all rain by the lunch hour.
