Man shot, car submerged in pool in shootout at Fayetteville park

A shootout at Fayetteville park Wednesday night left one man shot and a vehicle submerged in the park’s swimming pool. According to the Fayetteville Police Department, the gun battle erupted about 8 p.m. at a “large gathering” near the basketball courts at Seabrook Park on Langdon Road off Murchison Road.
