Average summer temperatures increased in New Orleans by 3.1°F between 1970 and 2022, per a new analysis by climate research group Climate Central, Axios' Alex Fitzpatrick and Tory Lysik report. • Average temperatures were 84°F in 2022, compared to 80.9°F in 1970.
