STUMBLING TO THE FINISH LINE — With all eyes on the Senate, more signals are emerging that the debt ceiling bill will garner significant Democratic support. The likes of Sens. TINA SMITH (D-Minn.), who led a drive urging President JOE BIDEN to invoke the 14th Amendment, and Majority Whip DICK DURBIN (D-Ill.), said today they’ll vote yes.
