Charlie Kirk Bias Rating Confirmed as Right in April 2025 Small Group Editorial Reivew

A group of three AllSides reviewers on the left, center, and right confirmed Charlie Kirk's Right rating in an April 2025 Small Group Editorial Review. 

A panelist noted Kirk self-describes as on the right. In a tribute to David Horowitz, he wrote, "His David Horowitz Freedom Center was a launchpad for so many voices on the Right—including mine."

In other posts he said, "The people love Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, which is probably why the press hates him," and "The pundits, fake pollsters, and the DC political class will NEVER understand just how wildly popular Trump's immigration policies are."

"President Trump is making America safe again," he said. Kirk added that "Joe Biden and the Democrats released hundreds of thousands of *known* criminals into our country."

He's also supported school choice. 

Charlie Kirk Rated Right in July 2019 Independent Review

According to his tweets (reviewed on July 11, 2019), Kirk believes that illegal immigration hurts black Americans. He opposes Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's plan to shut down the Department of Homeland Security, and has criticized prominent Democrats including Bernie Sanders and Rep. Ihan Omar (D-MN). He also criticized Obama-era judges.

His organization, Turning Point USA, states that its mission is to “identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote fiscal responsibility, free markets and limited government. Since the founding, Turning Point USA has embarked on a mission to build the most organized, active, and powerful conservative grassroots activist network on college campuses across the country. With a presence on over 1,300 college campuses and high schools across the country, Turning Point USA is the largest and fastest growing youth organization in America."

Turning Point USA's Professor Watchlist. Its mission is to "expose and document college professors who discriminate against conservative students and advance leftist propaganda in the classroom."
