Powerful winds over 65 mph ripped through the San Francisco Bay Area on Tuesday afternoon ahead of a winter storm that's expected to bring a fierce mix of rain, hail and snow Wednesday through Friday. The most blustery conditions were unfolding along the coast, especially near San Francisco. A 76 mph gust was recorded on the Golden Gate Bridge, according to ABC 7 meteorologist Drew Tuma.
