Here's a speculative item for everyone after a long weekend that many of you, perhaps, spent happily ignoring the president's Twitter feed. How does Donald Trump learn things? What sparked this question was a comment from Vox's Matt Yglesias, apropos of Trump’s new vitriol for former Vice President Joe Biden, the current front-runner for the Democratic nomination:
You, a fool: Trump is lashing out at Biden because he fears Biden.
Me, wise: Trump is lashing out at Biden because he wants to mind-trick Democrats into voting for him.
